To Expect:
Upon Sales Agreement:
Once you have accepted the job scope, a 50% deposit is required for the
desired work to be scheduled. Deposits and balances are to be paid by
cash or check. Lipinski Landscape & Irrigation, Inc. does accept credit
cards. Please inquire with your salesperson on our credit card policy.
After Sales Agreement:
After your deposit is received your job ticket will be processed and
the work will
be scheduled in a timely manner. Depending upon the time of year, current
workload and weather conditions, you can usually expect a two to five
week waiting period. This will allow us ample time to gather material
and labor to perform the job to your satisfaction. Your salesperson will
inform you at the time of sale on approximately what week your job may
start. All scheduling is done the Friday prior to the upcoming workweek. At
this time your salesperson will be able to pinpoint within a day or two
when the crews will begin the work. If you have a particular date in mind,
please let us know and we will do everything possible to accommodate your
date. |
If at any time
you have questions, changes, or additions to the work that was agreed
upon, please contact your designer/salesperson directly. Please do not
ask the crews to do additional work. Our crews are well trained and knowledgeable
but are not authorized to sell or do any additional work unless
instructed to by the designer.
Change Orders: All additional
work above and beyond your current contract agreed upon and signed by
you and your sales representative must be in writing on a fully executed
change order.
As the work progresses, please point out any items that
have not been completed to your satisfaction. We would rather you inform
us and allow us to try to correct the problem while the job is still in
progress rather than you be disappointed or dissatisfied after the job
has been completed.

The day the job is completed, your salesperson will contact you to go over the job, explain any care or maintenance needed,
and collect the balance due. Upon final payment, a more detailed outline
of warranty policies will be sent directly to you from our customer service
department.
*Please note: Lipinski Landscape & Irrigation, Inc. warranty
policies are noted on the reverse side of contract.
Plant Warranty and Replacements
Plant Warranty:
All tree and shrubs come with a warranty provided that during the warranty
period they are maintained properly. Proper maintenance includes
watering, fertilizing, trimming, controlling weeds, and insect and disease
control.
This warranty is for a one year period (provided the area is maintained
by an underground irrigation system) during which plants will be replaced only once during that period. There is no warranty of
any kind on sod, annuals, perennials, potted plants or plants transplanted
or supplied by the homeowner. This warranty goes into effect the date
the work is completed. |
The warranty does not cover acts of God, fire or causality, flooding or drought restrictions. All
warranties are voided for non-payment of services.
Plant Replacements:
After your landscape has been installed, if you notice a plant(s) struggling,
looking sickly, or dying, we simply ask that you contact your Lipinski
representative/salesperson. Once the salesperson has been notified, he/she
will visit your site to provide advice as to what special care the plant
may need. The salesperson may also make recommendations for replacement.
If you do not see any action, or have not been contacted within thirty
days due to an oversight on our part, please do not hesitate to contact
our customer service department @ 856-797-8000, ext. 1131.
We ask that you do not remove any dead plants, as it will help us to
determine why the plant(s) died and what variety was originally planted.
Irrigation Warranty
The irrigation system is warranted for a two-year period for all parts
and material installed by contractor. The warranty is expressly conditioned
upon the irrigation system operating at a continuous water pressure at
a minimum of 40lbs. Per square inch.
The warranty shall terminate and become invalid if the owner or other
persons or entity other than the contractor winterizes the irrigation
system. Please refer to #13 on the reverse side of your irrigation proposal
for details of the irrigation warranty.
Irrigation systems installed during the periods of November 1st through
March 1st will be winterized and started up that spring at no charge. [next page...]

Low Voltage Lighting Warranty
A Nightscaping® system installed is warranted for workmanship and
parts for a period of one year (no warranty on bulbs).
Nightscaping® finishes on fixtures are warranted for ten years (parts
only, labor not included).
Nightscaping® time switches and photocells are warranted for two
years (parts only, labor not included).
Nightscaping® transformers are lifetime warranted (parts only, labor
not included).

warranty inquiries.
Hardscape Product Warranty
Paving Stones & Block Walls
1. Interlocking concrete products are made from natural materials. Variations
in shade can be expected. Photographic reproductions may vary in color
from the actual product. Final color selection should be made from actual
product samples that your salesperson will provide to you. However, variations
& post efflorescence may occur.
2. Efflorescence is a whitish powder-like deposit common on concrete
and masonry products that normally will disappear over time due to weathering.
Efflorescence is a natural occurrence for which Lipinski Landscape
accepts no responsibility or liability. |
3. Lipinski Landscape & Irrigation, Inc. warrants all paving
stone and block wall workmanship for a full two years under normal use.
Any staining or chipping to the product is not covered under any warranty.
Also, Lipinski is not responsible for areas of settlement due
to occurrences created by foundation movement, utility trench or natural
movement of the earth.
4. Lipinski Landscape & Irrigation, Inc. honors all manufacturers
warranties on any additional products you may have purchased. Your salesperson
can provide you copies upon request.

is also available to assist you with any concerns at any time.
