Paper Reduction
We use electronic service confirmation sheets, site survey analysis sheets, and contracts in order to reduce the use of paper, postage, and printing. The use of electronic communications platforms further reduces the use of paper while encouraging more immediate, responsive communication.

Energy Conservation
We are currently transitioning to the use of T-Bay fixtures for more environmentally efficient lighting in our warehouse and mechanics facilities.
Waste Reduction
We have installed water purification systems that are used daily by our crews in order reduces the use of bottled water.

Our Industry
Lipinski Outdoor Services is continually striving to protect the environment through the use of eco-friendly products and practices. We aim to provide exterior facilities maintenance services that our clients can feel good about.
Water Conservation
Lipinski uses site-adapted plants that require minimal chemical use and maintenance, thus reducing the need for water, fertilizers, and pesticides. We work to reduce wasted irrigation water by monitoring system times, installing low-volume heads and practicing drip irrigation techniques. Additionally, we apply a chemical-free pressure washing technique that recycles water and leaves no residue behind.
Chemical Reduction
We use low environmental impact fertilizers and pesticides for commercial landscape maintenanceprojects. Environmentally sustainable de-icers are applied in order to promote greener facilities and better prepare for the arrival of spring plants.
Energy Conservation
The use of containment plows has eliminated the need for additional powered snow plow equipment by over 68%.
